May I attach it to a limited attachment? To Burned and Pillaged( www.agotcards.org/card/v/3979/eng/jback ), to be more precise.

No. "Non-limited" in Frozen Solid's text applied to both "location" and "attachment."

As is, I would say no good attaching to a limited attachment.
