When you trigger Satin's ability, who is considered to be revealing the cards? Is each player considered to be revealing the card off the top of his/her deck, or does the person triggering Satin's ability do all the revealing?

Satin's controller is the one doing the revealing.
Such a shame that it can't combo with either Captain Groleo or Dragonstone Watchtower. At least it can trigger GJ's discard effects with Corpse Lake or Fishmonger's Square.
