Can responses be used on when revealed plot cards ?

The example i am thinking of is Margaery Tyrell (F47)

ANY PHASE : Kneel Margaery Tyrell to chioose an opponeent, that opponent must choose and reveal a new plot card

Could for example this be actioned when somebody has just played Valor ?

A Response ability certainly COULD be activated if the revealing of the plot triggered it, though unless it was a cancel response, it would still go after all the things in the Plot framework.

Specifically, once something is initiated, you cannot interrupt it before it ends with any effect other than one that specifically uses the word "save" or "cancel." Once someone reveals a plot, you either have to cancel the "when revealed" effect, save your cards from it, or live with the result.
