Question regarding forum regulations

By dcdennis, in 1. AGoT General Discussion

I have some topics that I would like to discuss regarding the state of agot that are not all together positive, but I do not want to break any forum rules. Are we allowed to post things here that are heavily critical so long as the verbiage remains topical?

Well, the "Guide to Forum Use" at the top of every forum reads as follows:

"1. Write your messages to the appropiate forum, and if you would like to open a new topic, please check first to make sure there is not another topic similar to the one you propose.
2. Don't write messages with a commercial purpose (selling items).
3. Don't write messages that encourage the illegal use of products protected by copyright.
4. Treat everyone (users or not) with respect, while still being able to disagree with their ideas."

Now the only one of these rules that I would imagine applies to your intention would be rule 4.

My interpretation would be to say that as long as you are addressing your "not all together positive" observations in a respectful light, those ideas would be welcome.
