Hey, here my next problem: Ser Kyle Condon has Stalwart and this Response: After Ser Kyle Condon is killed or discarded from play, draw 1 card.

My Question: What happens first, the Draw, or will Ser Kyle Condon goes on top of the Deck and then I will Draw him to my hand ???

When he is killed, he becomes moribund. Stalwart says he will go to your deck instead of your discard pile. When you trigger his response, he is still in play, so you draw some other card. When the action window closes, he goes to the top of your deck.

This is the same as with CS Benjen Stark (this exemple is detailed in the FAQ to explain moribund).
