This Injury card states that each time you get no successes on any skill check made during an encounter, you are delayed. In an encounter in an OW, it says: "Pass a Luck -1 check to …..". My question is ---- What if your luck is only set at 1 when you draw this card? There is no dice roll in this case. Are you still delayed?

Definetly, as you have 0 success. Unless you spend clue token to add some dice to that.

There's a lot of situations with this sort of confusion involved.

The important thing for all of them, I think, is that if you get no dice on a skill check, you still make the check but with 0 dice.
