Sons of Coin , Contested Village , and Huntsmen are great openers with Peasant Militia to lower loyalty on Hidden Grove , Church of Sigmar , and The Imperial Zoo making them great FTC 's too.

How many people played in the regional? Were there a lot of Verena builds? We don't see a lot of Verena decks in our meta mainly because everyone is sick of playing it I think. Dark Elf negative hit point is more common.

We were 18 in France regional and I was the only one to play a pure Empire/Verena deck.
