The 2 tamiya germans that come with the 1/2 track are nicely scaled to the dust mini's other than their feet are smaller.

Thanks for the pic. Ive got a few of the Verlinden 1/48 pilots and crew for objectives and they match up even better sculpting wise.

Yes, I have some verlinden buildings and other items and their 1.48 scale stuff is beautiful. Will have to look at some of their figures now.

And you know what they say, small feet, small … Panzerschreck.

Sorry. sonrojado.gif

Very nice job on those! Love the Tamiya 1/48th scale vehicles myself, and they fit in much better scale wise, than the rather puny 1/56th scale vehicles many wargames mini companies make. I'm currently working on a couple of their Sd.Kfz. 251's and a Jagdtiger and plan to do many more.

They look great. I am going to have to get some of those. I am still waiting on my American and German 28mm soldiers from wargames factory that I plan to use as soldier 1 units and will post back how the scale comparison is for them. They come 30 in each box though and I doubt (even with the planned 10 man per squad setup) I will use that many. I might make a new soldier 1 hero out of each box and will turn a bunch of Germans into knife wielding zombies for failsafe orders, but I will likely have extras to mess around with. Once I get some Tamiya tank kits maybe that will give me something to do with them. Man… I see a 1000 point all-day mega- war coming soon!

Bought the same figures from wargames factory after seeing a size comparison of some of their other figures that show them measuring in at 32mm (top of their heads). Hoping to get mine by monday.

Let me know when you get them. I'm hoping mine are in the mailbox today, but probably not till Monday or Tuesday.

Got my wargames factory figures yesterday and asembled the 30 Germans using a late war organization. Figure proportions match up well with the dust mini's but they are a bit shorter. After looking the figures over for a bit I noticed that the wargames factory mini's pretty much all lacked a neck, something Dust mini's all have. So I added necks using a tiny amount of miliput and viola a very nice height match was achieved with most of the dust soldier figures. As soon as I make some 30mm bases I will post pics.

Got a few of the wargames factory Germans based so you can see how they compare size & proportion wise to Dust mini's.

Pretty good fit I would say and a very nice variety of different poses and weapon types to enable the modeler to make each figure unique.

keeep the pics coming! Love it…fitting traditional late war soldiers and vehicles into the Dust universe is really cool to me.
