Hi all,

The City Of Spies plot card states: ….. look at the top X cards of any players deck……. X is the number of City plots in your used pile.

Now my question is, does the City plots in your used pile include the "City Of Spies" if you just played it.

e.g. if that is the only City plot card in my plot deck and I just play it, is that counted as in the used pile as it is just played????

Hopefully that is clear, let me know if it isn't.

Plots exist in three separate states - the plot deck, the used pile, and revealed.

So since "revealed" and "used pile" are different plot states, no, the currently revealed City plot does not count toward the number you have in your used pile.
