I just started playing the game at a local shop. Another store had the A Song of Summer and The Winds of Winter chapter packs. I've gathered these are fairly rare, is it best to keep them or sell them. There isn't a competitive scene here so that is not a concern. Thanks for your help.
Advice for rare chapter packs

If they have multiple copies, buy 1 or 2 of each for yourself. Then, buy some to sell on ebay or something. Clearly they are selling for quite a bit. Or offer them at a reasonable price to members of the forums. :-)
Note that FFG plans to reprint Song of Summer and Winds of Winter, so keeping them is not a good option, because they won't be rare after awhile (I hope).
I'm new to the game so I'm not familar with how reprinting would work. Would they print all six packs at once, or do it over the course of six months?
They normally just release all 6 at once so there is no delay.
I would be more than happy to purchase one of each of those off of you if you wanted to help a brother out.
You can email me at [email protected] if interested in making a little profit.
Actually, Summer and Winter packs have been obtained. So nevermind.
From what I've heard from Staton(through his communication with FFG) is that they do not intend to reprint the Seasons cycle for quite some time.
Until they officially announce the reprints, you should be able to make some money off of them.
I have Summer but have been looking for Winter for quite some time. Please do friend/pm me if you would be willing to sell a Winter pack.
If your LGS has extras to sell, I am looking for one of each. Also, if they have the War of the Five Kings or Ancient Enemy packs, I'm looking for those as well. Send me a PM if you would be interested in working something out.
