If I trigger the wendamyr response and pay the influence cost to put him stand, can "he calls it thinking" event cancel the response??

I think no, because the influence cost is part of the save response, but i´am not 100% sure.

And if i don´t pay the influence cost to put him stand??

In this case i think the response can be canceled.

The first part (before the "then") in Wendamyr's response has no influence cost (the only cost being kneeling Wendamyr), so when you initiate it, it can be cancelled with He Calls It Thinking, whether you have 2 influence or not. If it is cancelled, you won't have the opportunity to kneel 2 influence.

Specifically, the "save" portion of Wendamyr's effect must be successful before you even have the option of kneeling the influence to stand the character. So "He Calls It Thinking" can cancel the save - and the influence will never be knelt.
