not sure if this is against the rules if it is could someone please delete this post.

with the 2 older chapter cycles out of print in my area (the netherlands) and reading on forums that untill now FFG is not planning on reprinting them anytime soon.
I am and my local gamegroup missing out on quite a few cards now (a couple of them being staples in certain decks) i am now planning on making proxy's

i am however not so handy with photoshop maybe someone around here could make a template for me (any maybe others that are interested) what im looking for is a photoshop file that i can use as a template with horizontal and vertical cutlines on them so i know exactly where to cut them. also (not sure if it is possible) is that when i insert the image for the card that it adjusts to the frame where it is in. so i dont have to resize everything.

BTW i have no intention of making money on this or scamming people what so ever. its only for me cause id like to play the cards that i cant get a hold of. and as soon as the chapter packs are reprinted ill throw out my lame ass proxies instantly and purchase all the missing chapter packs right away.

Not a direct answer to your question, but what I do is copy a scan of the card from either agotcards.org or cardgamedb. Print them out 3x3 on my printer, cut them out, and slip into a card sleeve in front of a card you will likely never use.

Since there are so many card images on sites like those mentioned above, printing them and putting the paper into sleeves seems the best way to do it.

If you ever decide to go to tournaments, keep in mind that proxies are not legal in sanctioned events.

yeah thats what im doing now but i wanted to automate it some more using a photoshop script thing so that it will automaticly resize it.
and im playing CCG at tournament for a long time now so i know about proxy's not being legal thanks for mentioning it might be interested to know for other players.

if only they would just reprint those last 2 cycles in the 3x format.

I would guess it's because for whatever reason, the other 4 chapter packs in the Summer/Winter cycle just aren't selling through. They'd wind up with even *more* overstock if they reprinted them.

I just use a flatbed scanner/copier. 9 cards per sheet and no resizing necessary.

Make an 8x10 inch 200dpi photoshop document and drag the images from cardgamedb into it.

Resize it to 200%, and it will be a little smaller than regular cards, but use almost no ink and be just legible enough.

I would guess somewhere around 230% is the size of a regular card.
