The Epic Level Ratcatcher in p. 42 of the Hero's Call, is pretty awesome. The picture esta' muy' grotesque though.

I like how the rats are falling off her belt while the small but vicious dog is hanging on for dear life onto her leg.

The creature, with it's stitched up legs seems to be pretty angry that there's a little tiny dagger barely piercing its skin!
