You send Arch your patch. Arch goes to event. Arch gets promo. Arch meets you at Worlds and gives you your promo (or perhaps mails it to you).
I may have gotten that wrong, but that's how I read it.
I imagine it would make sense for others to do the same, but I find Arch trustworthy, so there you are.

That's something I'm doing for a few folks. My girlfriend is coming with us. She knows how to play UFS, but doesn't have any patches.
Voila! Instant mule for 13 patches. Aparantly some of the folks I know from Singapore are sending their patches to me just for that purpose.
These forums would be a perfect way for people to connect to find out who's got room for extra patches.

I was actually under the impression that you'd be able to redeem your patches at Worlds. (this is a false impression, as pointed by Omar)
I will not be attending the Path of the Master event. I will be trying my hardest to make it to Worlds for the Regionals dinner.
