A]how does exactly hias ability works?by reading the framework action window i assume that the active player in

the marshaling phase is forced in a way yo pay his whole amount in 1 action in order not to give 1 gold away.am i right?

B] it s winter and i got ice fish in my hand and street of sisters on the table ,,if ikneel sos ,yhe ice fish enters play -1 cost or not?

A] That's true. Note, however, that the first player has the first opportunity to play an action. So, if you control the Icy fisherman and you are the first player, you can take 1 gold from your opponent before he has an opportunity to marshall anything.

B] No, SoS do not reduce the Icy fisherman because he get the power icon only after he enters play, not when he is still in your hand.
