Lord of Change + Urguck +| Fists of Mork vs Stand Your Ground

By Terastimus, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Hi, hope someone can help me with a question I have.

I have a Lord of Change and an Urguck in play. I play Fists of Mork and elect to put it back on top of my deck. My opponent responds by playing Stand Your Ground on a legal target in his discard pile. Can I respond to this by playing the Fists of Mork that I've just put on top of my deck, thus avoiding my opponent from putting any of the indirect damage onto the unit that he targeted with Stand Your Ground? All feedback appreciated, thanks.

No, you can't. When you play Fist of Mork it is in the chain but not resolved, so Stand your ground palyed in response resolves first, then Fist of Mork (including putting it on top of your deck).

Alright, thought as much, thanks.
