Hey again

I was just wondering about a simple thing. If I add cards to my hand during a combat phase so that I next drawstep have 2-3 to many cards in my hand.

Do I have to discard down to my handsize before each drawstep. I am thinking of chars like makoto and ken that draws cards all the time.

And yes I know I can't draw cards over my handsize during drawstep.

If you have more cards that your hand size at the beginning of your turn, you simply do not draw any cards. You may discard 1 card in the review step, but you don't have to discard down to your hand size.
