On highlander, I'm still abstaining until I've played it. In theory, it's nice and all, but Idunno. Makes OP characters more OP, makes janky characters jankier especially if they're dependent on specific interactions (Siegfried + Spinning Phantom Combo?)

The beauty, and problem with, Highlander is it makes everyone more unreliable. You can have the awesomest combo ever, but you've got to pull it out of 99 cards. On the other hand, my "There can be only one" format captures the casual feel by limiting the amount of brokeness you can bring to bear without inducing quite the amount of randomness that is inherent int he Highlander format. If you have to many of a specific foundation it'll bite you in the ass cause you can only "use" one, on the other hand, if you don't have enough in your deck you may never draw it.
