Hi, I just purchased the main rules for Dust Warfare. I'm still trying to piece together the interaction between Warfare/Tactics and such, but I was intrigued by the models (and chambers…)

Just a few questions for anyone with time. Is the SSU new to both games? Are there already models out? That is primarily what I'm interested in playing, I saw that several sites list May as the release for their campaign book. Is that like a army book (comparing with 40k, Waramahordes, etc).

Anyway, looking forward to it.

Rules wise there is no interaction between tactics and warfare only the models are the same. yes the ssu will be new to both games and no they are not realesed yet. Also the ssu book will be more like a supplement that adds to the rules for all factions.

SSU models are not out yet but should be out within the next few weeks.

To get you started you could take a look at the Dust Models site. You can get the Axis Otto as the kit has all the weapon options for the SSU version and there is an SSU variant of the German walker.
