If I have my command squad in my Punisher, can Steel Rain still use it to do indirect fire?
My gut feeling is no, but I haven't seen anything in the rules to disallow it.
Can a radioman in a walker use the artillery strike ability?

They can't do other actions besides issuing orders and disembarking, but artillery strike is a passive ability. They don't do anything to make it work. Anyways, I'll still play that they can't, unless I hear something official otherwise.
