just out of curiocity,,, now that TLS isn t restricted anymore ,while it stands making combo with val means that in any one phase [pl;ot or draw phase etc..] a player is able to draw his entire deck in his hand??thnks in advance!

Negative, there is a Draw Cap that limits the number of additional cards you can draw per round from card effects. Per Core Rules, pg. 22: "Players cannot draw, by any card effect, more than 3 additional cards in addition to the 2 cards drawn during the draw phase.
