my question is..if i combine bran stark from [LOW] WITH red vengeance in a lost intrg do i become the winner and claim the power?,or the oppontent becomes the defender so i don t get anything??thnks in advance!!

No. Red Vengeance doesn't change who wins or loses the challenge. The winner is still the winner, and the loser is still the loser. All RV does is let you pick another player to satisfy the claim of the challenge you just lost.

Anyway, Red Vengeance is House Martell only, while this version of Bran Stark is House Stark only, so you'd need to work very hard to get into that situation in the first place….
