I'm bored. Here's a deck.

I suppose he does nothing but foundation spam, really. Difficulties are high, but so are control checks. Kanzukiryu Kakutojutsu to give -1 to all keywords until you're ready to attack. Use your R when you're ready. Give + to Kuzuryu Reppa's multiple. Preferable to have a Kanzukiryu Kakutojutsu in hand to replay the multiple. Example: Give Multiple:3 to Kuzuryu with 2 Kanzukiryu, then have one in hand. Play the multiple:3, then proceed to play Kanzukiryu for another Multiple:3. Seven 4M6 attacks are nice. If being reversaled, Make a Difference to discard all of your attacks and negate his, then draw a lot of cards, OR simply add a face down card to card pool with Silver Spoon and it's negated. Which you can clear with Times Square or Raw Talent. Keep using Raw Talent on each multiple (if you make the Kuzuryu go through, flip it face down), or wait until the very last one and do Make a Difference, then draw equal to your discarded attacks (or not lol). Boomerang Raid FTW. You would always discard every face down card, except for one or two, then use Times Square to reduce difficulty of everything.

Just two preliminary questions

1. What do you think Makes 4Alex the special candidate for this deck as opposted to another All character?

2. Where does your momentum generation come from? I don't think 1 or 2 Lord of the Makis is going to exactly net you 6 momentum quickly *is referring to your multiple: 6 example*

1) Alex can make use of the face down cards that Silver Spoon generates.

2) Two Lord of the Makais will generate the 6 momentum in only 3 attacks. This means one of mine and two of my opponent's. You have to realize that the deck takes time to set up, and as such it can generate the momentum it needs before it ever needs to use it.

Maybe it might help if you played promo alex and stacked the Rare. After all, the promo was built to set up, and always has some extra cards in hand at the end of the turn.

I considered it, but I detest stacking characters. If I start with the promo, why bother stacking the rare? But if I don't, I can't make use of face down cards until I do.

Too much work for not enough. Which is why I start with the rare.

I have to have rare Alex and keyword hate faster than I can take a Feline Spike to the face. That just can't happen if i have to stack a character.
