I have to agree. Lanni is a bit overpowered right now. Mainly due to draw and non-unique Brothels imho. The gold and strong events (mainly LPD and Writ, but others as well) are gravy, along with a decent character base. Their 1, 2, and 3 cost non-uniques are easily front-runners for best in game.

Edit - brother is unique i guess. Not a big deal, since i almost never put more than one out anyways (always scared to put TOO many locations out, and GTM is always a better choice!).
we've found them to be a bit slow. OUr bara player usually gets the jump on them quite easily. Our Targ player is about .500 against them in the league.
And in MP they are lacking some sort of power grab mechinic.
I do agree they have some of the bestter cards right now, but i think the other 3 CS houses are in good shape with them right now. Stark has enough kill, bara enough (unless your stag) rush, and targ is a pretty close second in terms of charcaters and locations and has the edge in attachments. I'd also argue that targ is even on income as they actually have use for influnce right now.

I'll inform him of your kind words.
Better yet, ask him to post his decklist so we can make it into a real lannister deck: one without remorse.
just post your awe inspiring lanni league deck that the rest of the world should bask in its glory. It will save you some time and make you look good, supposedly.
Its a typically lanni deck. He picked the one CP with castellan in it and i forget the other, maybe toll gate....but its slow and lacks power grab. If he wins it is in like 7-9 plots. When he loses its over by plot 5.

His problems would be easily solved by picking up winds of winter or song of summer. He made a good call on the castellans though.
Otherwise, my league deck has a loss to Staglord. That makes it far from awe inspiring.
