I just purchased the Arkham Horror App, which contains all the location cards. While testing it out, I noticed I wasn''t getting any R''lyeh encounters. Not "few", 60-70 tries getting Other, Draw a new Card, or The Stars are Right. Not one specific reference to R''lyeh.
Has anyone else noticed this► Where can I report a bug►

You should really post this in the appropriate forum (here). This is only for AH BOARDGAME (as the "board and card games" heading should suggest) ::laughter:: And you should do for two reasons: a) receiving a bigger feedback and b) inform the community of a bug they can encounter as well.
As for the bug report, the best thing you can do is contacting FFG customer care!

:-) It''s kinda hidden. The same issue has occurred several times with the Elder Sign / Elder Sign: Omens application over the Elder Sign (boardgame) forum.
I guess FFG should make the proper forums easier to find / access!
