Looks like Dark Elf discard is getting some love in this cycle! I welcome the day I loose with an empty hand instead of to a machine gun attack from Offering to Hekarti . The discard/mill/steal unit theme is more fun to play too.

This card has the potential to be very powerful.
New preview!
Judgement of Loec just became even more awesome!
I know I've crapped on the high elves a lot on here, but I was playing last night against an indirect damage build my friend had just thrown together and it was pretty good. I think I might be eating my words pretty soon.
Yeah, good looking card- I'd love to see a few things helping the High Elves out. A card like that certainly doesn't hurt!
At last they did it! Although I hoped it was for all factions. Anyway, dwarves and high elves will love it rather than long winter against verena. Thx FFG
Thats a very nice Verena ambush card!
Great synergy! It is a 0 cost tactic, played as a development any time you can take an action. It is awesome! Wonder what Destruction Only counter card will be, because it will be, right?

So the opposite to Dance to Loec should be a free Tactic destroying a development? Maybe with the Skaven trait.
This will be going into my Grombrindal deck!
I'd like to say the same. But I'm skeptical about those effects waiting for an opponent's action. What use for against a control deck?
The deck will never be a tier 1 deck that's for sure, but it is still fun to play. I use it a lot when I am going up against new players.
Seems decent to me, but not great. Basically waiting to have your zone burning before you can play it makes it a tough proposition in my mind.
The fun part is all in the timing.
Ideally I like to start out with an opening had with New Trade Route and Grail Knight leaving my kingdom open. Later I play the big guys like Mountain Brigade and Longbeards to soak up damage in the other zones.
I place all my developments in the kingdom to keep it from burning as long as I can while I collect everything I need in my hand and use Ancestral Tomb to help with this. In a best case scenario I can control when the zone burns and use Innovation and then play Tunnel Fighter for free by blowing up developments causing the kingdom to burn. I then play all the Grombrindal's Elite I have in my hand for free into the battlefield and Grombrindal to give everyone +1 hit points. The deck also has a small rune sub-theme.
It's fun to play, but not something I'd play in a big tournament or anything. I really enjoy the high-wire act of coming from behind to win.
I meant to say Grombrindal gives everyone +1 power, not hit points.
The come from behind win is an act my unitless High Elves are used too. My Kingdom is burning around the thrid turn. Which is usually when I'm trying to toss 50+indirect damage in one turn at the other guy.
Tor Elyr is going to make that deck a lot better I bet!

I certainly think so! Its a great first turn card to go along with Warpstone Excavation and Contested Village, and makes my Judgement of Loecs that much harder to get rid of. Not sure what I'd take out to include it though…
