Walkers in Dust Warfare

I am an avid player of Dust Tactics and would like to know if there is a fundamental difference between how a walker works in Warfare versus Tactics so here are a few questions.

Do walkers always operate at full power regardless of how damaged they are or do walkers take damage to certain parts (ala Warmachine) which decrease stats or disable weapons.

Can you spend points and change a walkers stats/abilities before fielding themâ–º (Sort of how like how Koshka changes the Grand''ma walker in DT)

Lastly, how do the walker stats in DW differ from DT if they do at all.

walkers have the same araments as in tactics though stats for the weapons have been changed in some cases. Now walkers get armore and cover saves when hit making them much more resilient but they can be structuraly damahed when hit ie they may lose a weapon line or be set on fire effect like this last the rest of the game unless repaired by a mechanic.

They also have Fire Arcs you need to worry about and being shot in the rear arc is bad for the walker!
