I guess you can order it from Forge World. The postage will be high but probably still less than FFG charge for crossing the Atlantic in the other direction.
Normally Games Workshop stores will carry stocks of the Forge World books so it is worth keeping an eye out if you have a local store. My local one hasn''t got this one yet so I doubt it has made it to the US yet.

Yeah, you can get it in the states. Just got mine last week,was about 65 bucks. And yeah, it''s got some awesome beasts in it.
