Why is cheaper for Clerics to increase Ballistic Skill than Weapon Skill? Shouldn't it be the other way around since the Ecclesiarchy is supposed to rely on melee weapons more than ranged ones (save for Flamers, in which case you don't even need WS)?

Yeah someone else pointed this out to me- and I agree with you guys: they should either be swapped, or the player should at least be given the option to do so.
