With the new Tywin, can his ability be triggered by money that is on the coin mint ? For example, I have 4 gold on the coin mint and I win dominance, will this trigger his ability ?

Also, does the gold on Coin mint, count towards the count for winning dominance ?

Gold on cards doesn't count for anything. You need to take the gold off the card and put it into your gold pool before it counts for anything like dominance or Tywin.

Well could you take the gold off coin mint in dominance for no reason to have it count towards dominance or for Tywins ability? Is there anyway to do that.

Okay, so I am pretty sure i could just kneel the coin mint in dominance and add X amount of gold into my pool even if i am not goin to spend it to win dominance or trigger Tywin. Confused myself because I mis read the card! nevermind thank you!

You'd have to take it off before the dominance phase for it to count for dominance, because there is no action window before counting str for dominance. So you'd want to take it off during Marshaling or Challenges.
