I posted this in the house rules but has anyone adapted the ship warfare of rogue trader for their Heretics?

While we haven't had any ship to ship battles yet, our group has acquired a Battleship (bigger than a grand cruiser) custom built by the Forge of Souls, and it is stated out using the Rogue Trader rules for such things.

It is horrible, in all the best of ways.
