Has anyone figured out Chaos style parts and quirks and histories for chaos vessels combining that aspect of Rogue Trader for Reaver style heretics?

There are a wealth of chaos ships, components and quirks available in the assorted source-books for Rogue Trader. Battlefleet Koronus i believe has a whole section on things like planetary assault cruiser, slaver transport etc in addition to standard chaos raiders, cruisers and bigger.

Beyond that, it'd be incredibly simple to use the hulls presented for Rogue Traders that had propensity to fall to chaos, rule out any components you don't want to allow and modify the remaining by name (For example, Temple to the god emperor becomes a Chaos temple, maybe increase it's cost if you want an undivided temple).

The only problem (and it is a minor one) is that all Chaos-specific components in Rogue Trader (primarily found in Battlefleet Koronus) are not given proper stats. They are named as being in use by a specific Chaos Reaver ship, and if weaponry, given attack info, but never really expanded upon beyond that in how much power they use, how much space they take up, etc. This is a fairly minor issue however. Either have the GM stat them out, or just use other properly statted components from the vast wealth of them found in the various Rogue Trader books, as heretics need not have Chaos-specific gear to be heretics.

Even among the listed gear and ship histories, there are plenty of components and ship personalities that are a perfect fit for Chaos heretics. From nearly heretical warp engines and gellar fields that allow ships to cruise through the warp at breakneck speeds (but have the side-effect of letting warp corruption onto the ship), to innately corrupt ship spirits, haunted ship histories, vile xeno-tech, blatantly heretekal murder-cogitators and navigator-less navigation systems, and even an entire background package on specifically having once been a reaver ship (with the bonuses and penalties that entails), there are tons of options for Chaos aligned players just in the normal Rogue Trader ship options.

If you and your fellow players don't think you'll be customizing or modifying your ship of choice once you have it, you can always just grab a Chaos Reaver ship out of Battlefleet Koronus to make your own. If most of your heretics are disciples of Nurgle for example, you could always just grab a Pestilaan Cruiser (an ancient cruiser class corrupted by Nurgle into plague ships) and call it good, using that as your mobile base of operations.
