So got the Days of Ice and Fire email where they asked you to pick three houses you would want to represent. They of course had the six houses we play.

Stark

Lannister

Baratheon

Greyjoy

Targ

Martell

However, there was a 7th choice!

Tyrell!

Now seems kinda strange to me that you'd throw a random 7th house into the mix. There's also the fact that FFG seems to be taking its time in announcing the next deluxe expansion. I'm going to predict right here, right now, that the next deluxe expansion will feature Tyrell and it will be announced at Days of Ice and Fire. I don't know if it will be it's separate house or an Agenda or multihouse or what, but I feel like the next expansion will be Tyrell.

It's not completely random. It is a playable house in the board game.

Oh. Duh! Forgot about that. Well then yeah, probably nothing then. Sad pandas.

And I have been waiting to see a card with the art from that Tyrell screen in the board game.

I just re-opened my email from them a month ago and I never realized it was an option. I suspect, if its coming, it will be a box that has a mixture of Baratheon and Lannister cards that uses the Tyrell trait and a cool new agenda to round it out.

They included House Frey last time, did they not?

If I remember, you selected a House for your registration when you registered ahead of time. Those who registered right before it and/or at Days of Ice and Fire were saddled with Frey.

That would be cool though. I wonder what their house themes would be.

i still think it's likely that a Tyrell theme is in the offing. Cards like Highgarden and Terminal Schemes seem to anticipate that.

I think Tyrell is an option just because it's one of the houses in the board game. I could be wrong.

House Frey was an option last time, but that was the default if you did not pick a house to represent.
