I want to give my player their own physical warrant of trade document is there a template some where I can use?

Something like this preferably i really like the bar code at the bottom.

Dark Reign is loaded with handy resources and ideas, though of varying quality. This Warrant example includes a template to add your own stuff to, should be what you need. I'd google around a bit, too - a lot of GM's made their own to hand out to the players.
