Are we talking about Radical's Handbook's Alien Grafting, or are we talking about the considerably more heretical Malygrisian surgical grafting- which would be in Disciples of the Dark Gods? I'd get you the exact pages, but I don't have my books with me at the moment. That's where you'll find them though.
