Felicia's F:

By vyexcel, in UFS Rules Q & A

F: Once per turn, add all the cards in your card pool to your momentum.

If I play Vulcan Punch (5/3 Multiple 1) and use it's multiple, I can use Felicia's F after the attacks resolve to stick both the attack and the multiple copy into my momentum, correct? A friend just told me that I can't do that, and multiples cannot be added with Felicia's F.

No, the multiple copy of Vulcan Punch would be discarded instead.

Unfortunately, with the correct limitations on the Multiple Enhance, Multiple Copies can never be added to a player's momentum. If they were to be added, then they are discarded instead regardless of card effects (unless, of course, a card effect specifically mentions adding a multiple copy to momentum).

Relevant text is bolded.

401.2.1 Multiple: X – E Discard up to X momentum: The player places each momentum discarded to pay for this ability into their card pool to the right of the multiple attack. Until the end of the turn each momentum placed into the card pool counts as a copy of the multiple attack. The face down copy's values are copies of the printed values of the original attack. The face down copy has no printed values. The face down copy has a blank text box. No control check is required and each copy has its own enhance, block, and damage step, you must go down the line resolving each multiple copy in turn until you have been through them all. If a multiple copy would go to a player’s momentum it is discarded instead. If you would create a multiple copy of a multiple copy the card that would become the copy of a copy is discarded instead.

A question about multiple ability: Until the end of the turn each momentum placed into the card pool counts as a copy of the multiple attack. The face down copy's values are copies of the printed values of the original attack. Does that include block modifiers for cards like Personal Style?

Yup!

Kuzuryu Reppa + Personal Style is a dangerous combo for just that reason.

Actually, your best bet would probably be Bo Rush (woo four 7 damage attacks.)

But what about this?

103. The Golden Rules
103.1 When a card’s text directly contradicts these rules, the card’s text takes precedence.

The ability on Felicia's card contradicts the TR, so it wins, right?

In what way does this contradict the TR? Felicia's F would add the card to her momentum, but since it is a Multiple copy of an attack, it will be discarded instead.

If Felicia had stated "F Commit: Add all cards (including Multiple copies of attacks) to your momentum.", then yes she would be overruling the TR, and therefore following the "Golden Rule" of CCGs, they would indeed go to the momentum.
