It may be too early to ask this, but, I think there should be (if it wasn't already announced there would be, and I'm over-looking it).

There will be. The first month of every year is basically the "starter deck" time period (although really, SF and SC came out in...I think April, and SNK got starters because it was the first of SNK). The main question is: who will be in them?

We only know that Ivy, Nightmare, and Siegfried are confirmed. I think it's possible we'll see starters of Cassandra, Hilde, Ivy, and Nightmare, but I have no idea who's going to be in the first set.

I'm pretty sure that Tira will be a starter, if that new mechanic that they're talking about is what I think it is.

i hope the do new charecters for shadow war. i mean there are so few charecters to begin with, it would be nice to have padma or white crane, something unrealeased.
