I am going to be buying the core and creature vault, is there a supplement that will allow my players to bea vampire or a vampire hunter???

No rules on being a vampire character that I know of, but I've heard vampire hunter is a career in Hero's Call. I think it is rank 4 though.

Vampire Hunter is one of the advanced careers in the Witch Hunter progression as stated by previous poster. As for being a vampire, no official rules, but im sure it wouldnt be too hard to look at the monster stats/cards and go from there

Maybe, taking Vampire as a race, a character needs to start as the ManEater career.
