One of my first block 3 deck attempts, seemed fun, but ultimately, this deck failed at being aggressive enough early on, which allowed my friend's R.Mika to run me over pretty fast.
But I figured you all could take a look and maybe use it in whatever ideas you may have and screw around with it. Who knows? Maybe it might help some people.

Some of the fun things in this deck are pretty straightforward, Aim High/Lord of the Makai + Tira's lets me pretty much **** Feline Spikes in blocking. (If I have any high blocks in my hand). Olcadan's is pretty much staple, and so is Lord of the Makai (Blinding Rage is good, but the block was unneeded, and I'd pick the high block over mid any day). Rejection saved me a LOT, and it shared symbols with all my attacks. KFT helped me push through that last bit of damage with my Hoyoku-Sen into Raid combo. Aim High + Block into a Reversal Hoyoku-Sen was nasty, and if my multiples got through, I'd be able to use Chun-Li's R to attack with a 7 damage Boomerang Raid on their turn (only happened once, but it felt great.)
Ideally, the setup for the kill was this:
Hoyoku-Sen, Multiple 2, Chop, face down, Fully Recovered to discard all face down cards (3 cards), then Raid for a nice 13 damage.
But it was extremely situational and required me to have 3 cards in my hand, which 90% of the time, I did not get too quickly.
I did like the idea for the Raid (it is one of my favourite cards atm.), but it wasn't stable enough to build around, which is why I'm scrapping it. If you can think of ways to make it more effective, it would be nice to hear your thoughts (of course in a non-negative, constructive way :] )
