Hi. I'm just about to GM my first game and wanted to have a mutant cultist in the story. On the character card for the mutant cultist it says the mutant can have 1 to 4 mutations. I've looked everywhere but can't find anything on mutations. what are they??
Mutations
There are no mutations in the core set. Winds of magic introduces the mutation rules and it containg 20 mutations other expantions have few mutations too
Yeah, if you don't have the mutation cards (or even if you do have them), just make up some mutations. The selection of mutation cards is woefully short anyway.
Ah i see, thanks. So what do mutations do? do they add certain dice for example? or add to any stats?
They do all kinds og things, but one trait allmost all share, is to give penalries to social checks if visible.
The mutations usually don't give any major benefits or negative effects though.
According to the component list there are 40 mutations, the break down of how many in each supplement is in there (you can read the names of them in it too).
