Can anyone explain to me the difference between the Peer talents of government and administratum?I thought in 40k the administratum was what the government was called?Anyone shed some light on it or tell me if its in any of the books so I can read up on it? Cheers

Administratum are the representatives of Terra. Government can refer to any sort of government, usually local arrangements or even non-Imperial human colonies.

It'd be simplest to think of it akin to having a Federal Government and a Provincial/State Government.

On a planet level you always have a planetary governor of some sort (a feudal King on a Feudal World, an Imperial Guard general on a War World, an Arch Magos on a Forge World etc.) often next to some planetary Administratum presence (from a handful adepts to thousands of adepts depending on the world). Though there are cases where whole planets are governed by the Administratum or the Departmento Munitorium; sometimes this is only for a time (e.g. Quaddis) and at other times eternally (e.g. Solomon). On a (sub)-sector level (and most probably segmetum level as well) you have the same. A governement in the form of Sector Lord Marius Hax (in case of the Calixis Sector) plus his advisors and ministers for the government as well as a sector presence for the Administratum.
