If a save is cancelled can you save a second time. (Example: Card A with 2 dupes dies. 1st dupe is used to save and opponent plays a cancel reponse. Is the origional card and dupe killed/discarded.)

If the 1st save is cancelled, the opportunity remains to save the card a 2nd time (or more, until you run out of save effects or the character is actually saved). You can use each eligible save effect once for each effect trying to make the character leave play, no more and no less.

(Keep in mind that each dupe is considered a different save, so canceling "dupe #1" does not make "dupe #2" run afoul of the "one Response per trigger" rule.)
