Why are the Death Dealers more expensive than the Gunners?

Is the Victory MG really worth the loss of 4 UGLs?

Or Am I missing an errata here that says the Dealers still have 3 UGLs?

You gain a Range advantage and lose a limited ammo disadvantage and an ignore cover advantage in the long run death dealers are better but only if you can keep them alive long enough to shoot 3 times. if you don't think you can keep them alive that long the gunners are better.
