Very Nice. We have guys in New Jersey dressed in Orange like that except they clean the highways and the guy in the blue coat is carrying a shot gun. Otherwise very similar.

Love the OP's use of vibrant colors. It's hard to use such colors and remain tasteful. Very well done.
