Captain America/Captain Britain

By Zjb12, in Dust Tactics General Discussion

This may be considered taboo---but I was sure when I first came onto this forum about a month ago or so, that someone had adapted a heroclix captain America to the game. Wondering if/how they did so. ALso, I have a captain britain as well. Would like to figure out if there would be a way to adapt both for long term use. But this is mostly for fun---they may be the wrong scale, I haven't even checked yet.

I did a Captain America from a combination of Bazooka Joe and a Marvel Heroscape Captain America. I posted it long ago and I know there was one or two others here.

Yes, heroclix. He is in a horizontal flying mode.

Thanks!!!! Im in a horizontal flying mode sometimes as well so this minis will fit in my armies nicely.

Really, for most of the spandex clad heroes, you could prolly pull a figure outta Superfigs and just give it the right paint job...

tho, I should point out there are other Clix Captain Americas...

The one I found was a more classic pose... (I don't really plan to use him for Dust...)

but in the upcoming set is also "The Star Spangled Man" (leather coat and classic shield) and a "Reborn" version (circular shield, 2nd costume in the movie)

IIRC, there's even a WW2 classic one with bucky on the base...

Yeah I like that one too. I have what I believe is the movie version with the belt and circular shield and pistol.

The Cap I have has the older type shield and I think a pistol or machine gun in his hand. Looks very WWII like. Just concerned the size ratio might make him look a little small compared to some of the axis soldiers, ESP. The laser guys.

Yes he does look a little small. The Red Skull looks much more in proportion. Perhaps I need to look at the other minis before i pic one to use.

The one i have (original clix cap) is actually taller than his compatriots...

that might give to a size comparison when looking...
