Can't wait to see what you do with a heavy walker Amazing job on your figs, man!
Thx. In fact I am currently painting two Allies walkers
But before that, behold the Kampfaffen!
And now is time for walkers. My first one is the Blackhawk from the revised core set, with some old Tamiya bits in the base. I have used Olive Green and Soviet Uniform for the chassis, with a wash of Devlan Mud all over the walker.
More pictures…
Simply amazing, keep 'em coming!
Time for a Pounder, now…
And yesterday I manage to finish my Hans from the Core Set
More pics…
And finally, a Luther…
Those vehicles rock. Great pictures as well. I love the base details. Great job !!!
Could you post a color list of the rust areas? I love the weathering.
Sure. I have used Dark Flesh for all the recesses in armour. Low part of armour is drybrushed with Flat Earth (Vallejo) and Chipping is done with a mix of Scorched Brown and German Grey (GW and Vallejo)
An additional unit for the Allies: the Gunners/Bot Hunters
I purchased recently the Premium copies of Sigrid and Joe. Their paintjob, however, was not what I expected so I decided to retouch them a little.
Here is the original Sigrid
And here are some pics of my retouched version
And finally, a repainted Joe, premium version
I wish I could change the title of this thread, but…
Here is an Axis Sniper team
An Axis Spotter team
And a family pic
Still going strong after a couple years!!! I really like the teeth on the Hans, your Sniper Squad looks great, the “Blue” Gorillas look awesome and the rest of your Miniatures in this thread look great too.
The paint chipping on the Luther is superb. Are you sponging it then touching up with a small brush or sponging both colors on top of one another?
Your picture quality and lighting is top notch as well. Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks for your words, specially regarding my pics as I normally think they suck, as I lose a lot of detail on my paintwork. The Luther is painted just with paintbrush and sponge… I used time to retouch the chipping manually (never again!). The hairspray technique should have accomplished a better and quicker result.
I have added a Panzer to my Axis forces… It is a Tamiya 1:48 Panzer III Ausf N painted in the colours of OP. Cerberus, and with some DUST transfers…
Stunning!
I like the look wish more regular vehicle were official for allies & axis factions
