I have a 2 hit point unit A with 1 damage on it.

If my opponent Vile start his turn, and his Vile Sorceress B use the skill -1 hit point, will destroy my unit A?

Yes it will, becuase the unit has just 1hp left. The damage is equal to hitpoints, so its destroyed.
