when is it
Yup, sounds like a good idea fer me!!
As far as I know this is scheduled for 14th March, at least that is the date that is in my head, if it is right or not is up for some discussion.....
Want to go to this, but it greatly depends what time it starts, stupid trains meanI can't get to Exeter until 10:30 in the morning............

You can always come up on the Friday Steve and crash on my spare sofa bed? Not the most comfortable of things but hey, options there bud!
To confirm, yes, I will be running it on Saturday 14th March. Approximate start is 11:00.
Whilst I appreciate some people may struggle to get there if they are travelling up that morning, there are plenty of nearby B&B's and Travel Lodges. If anyone wants some more details email me at dave_garwood@blueyonder.co.uk

Hey dave
I was going to send this as an email via blueyonder, sadly it crashed...
I'm going to be bringing along 6 newer players who haven't ever attended a major event before and I have only entered 1!
Due to transport difficulties and my disorder( Not allowed to travel alone.) I'm only able to get there by the 8:21 train which gets there EARLIEST
11:45.
Henceforth i kindly plead that you delay the tournament entry time until 12:00 just to be fair.
The advantages are:
You will have 6 more players (Important to get to 32 peeps)
More fee money (we'll pay double whatveer you want just say.)
A greater fun event and some new palyers.
You'll make our days. And daniel eggle's!
Disadvantages:
Everybody waits an hour, whuppteedoo I sure many that are going won't necessarily mind will you guys????
PLEEEEAASSEEEEE We really want to play and not be disadvantaged. Otheriwse we may as well pack it in.
Thankyou
Hanzo.

Sadly, it's not up to me. It's not my shop. I will check with the store owner to see how late he wants to stay open, but if he wants to close at 18:00 or whatever, not a lot I can do about it i'm afraid. I'll check with him and let you know on here!
Okay, I have spoken to Steve!
He is happy to stay open how ever long it takes. He has also arranged with the Local Pizza Hut for some massive discounts!
Therefore, the tournament will now start at 12:00 Midday, with Registration starting at 11:00.
If everybody who is planning on attending try and let me know it would be much appreciated, that way I can sort out Entry costs etc
Regards
Dave

Hehe that aint the half of it, I my group doesn;t catch the 18:20 train back home we have to dish out £35 JUST FOR ASINGLE BACK HOME!
Oh and I checked the coaches and the earliest one gets there.............
10 past 6 in the evening, seriously transport for that day is TERRIBLE. Wosrt i'v ever seen.
Where you to mister goro, maybe you can scab a lift off someone on the way themselves?

Whos' Mister Goro? If you're referring to me then i'm afraid I can't, the train's my only option GAH.
Secondly, Dave Ummm If i've got this right the tourney's from 12:00 till whenever. with 5 or so rounds swis?
If that's the case can we have 30 minutes rounds otherwise this is gonna cost pigeon games wayyyy tooo much money.
Lastly Tallgeese, Hope I get to meet the legend that be, i'll have to challenge you sometime HEHEHE
Cheers All
Hanzo.
P.S Fiddlestix if you don't find your missing cards i'll let you proxy them if you play me during lunch break or something. No worries and sorry to hear about that
Hanzo, Mister Goro is that goro diamon guy, haven't seen his siggy before so I wondered if lifts were an option!
Cheers about the proxy dude, like I said there is a slim hope still, but its not looking good (I am also an overt pessimist, but I can't seem to hunt down and butcher that bleedin optimist that lives in me head, the swine, false hope is NO HOPE!!!!)
Eeek, probably should of asked this - Is it going to be a block 2 or block 3 event? Just need to know, as some heavy deck editing may be involved.
