Rules for Necrons?

By .falstead, in Dark Heresy Gamemasters

Hello fellow gamemasters,

I have a very high level group of Acolytes and their currently about to get entangled in some very terrible situations. One of the several plot strings unfolding around them for discovery involves necrons. Particularly a small group of them attempting to seize three souless children for whatever horrible things necrons do to them. I want to use necrons in a slightly different way here, and it doesn't bother me if its slightly non cannon, because it's MY campaign so hah! The gist of it is that I'll have two necron flayed ones being directed by a paraiah. The flayed ones are quite literally wearing stolen skin and tissue from dead humans allowing them to pass as people. I might be a fan of the Terminator franchise...

Regardless I'm getting a little off topic here, I was wondering if there are any books (Deathwatch ones) that have rules for necrons. I found the rules for Spectral Harbinger and Tomb Guardian from one death watch campaign book but are there rules for more "average" necrons anywhere in other Deathwatch books? I want hard villians that will challenge them and push them up against the edge but I don't just want to mercylessly wipe them out. Advice appreciated. Thanks!

The Black Crusade Rulebook has a few Necrons in it; other than that, the only Necron stats I have seen are in the DW module The Emperor Protects, which you already mentioned.

SPOILER:

i am under the impression that there are more necron stats in the supplement Hand of Corruption (or something quite similar). This is also in the Black Crusade game line.

There is LOTS of Necron stuff in BC's Hand of Corruption! Stats, adventure, etc.
