i don't think its SC4, since Tira's SC4 outfit is red and has her in pigtails... my guess is that it could be promo artwork... there's a lot of SC3 promos that haven't been seen yet.

you can find unused ufs art on DA from IF also.

like Ren suggested, there's probably more than a few unused pieces.

The costume on tira is wrong for SC4, she ussually has something similar to a jester's cap.

Looks like its SC3 art but I guess send an email to Steve if you really want to know what it will be used for in the future.

All this art was found a long time ago and posted already in the old forums. The art with the D20 bomb was a special art given to the guys at Penny Arcade for letting them use the license I believe.
